This cable tester was recently purchased from a local government facility which was removing
excess, working networking equipment.
FUNCTION:
This cable tester has not been tested as it fails to start. Battery shows are being charged but does register when inserted into tester. Charge seems to work - lights up with the battery inserted.
COSMETICS:
The cosmetic condition overall is good showing little signs of previous normal use; some scratches and scuffs.
